Optional consent
Text-message consent is optional. It is not a condition of applying, purchasing, receiving service, or leasing. You may submit an inquiry without providing a phone number and without selecting the SMS checkbox.
If you select the checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from Indian River Apartments about the specific leasing inquiry submitted with that selection. The permission does not apply to another property, seller, or unrelated purpose.
Messages and charges
Message frequency varies based on the inquiry and follow-up conversation. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Messages for this inquiry-related program may be sent through Aircall using (772) 837-6601.
How consent is recorded
The checkbox is disabled until the form contains a valid phone number. If the phone number is cleared or becomes invalid, the checkbox is automatically cleared and disabled. When a form is accepted, the server determines the final consent value and routes YES or NO with the submitted phone number, disclosure version, server receipt time, source page, form identity, and correlation ID to the leasing workflow.
The current disclosure version is IR-SMS-2026-08-21-v1. Indian River Apartments Leasing Team and Styles Property Management administer the inquiry and consent records.
STOP, HELP, and preference changes
Reply STOP to opt out of further text messages or HELP for help. You may also change your communication preference by calling (772) 837-6601 or emailing IndianRiver.PropertyWebsite.StylesPropertyManagement@assist.rent. Reasonable opt-out requests received through another channel should also be honored.
Carrier delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can be affected by carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, and changes to your telephone number.
