Living with pets
A pet-friendly place to call home
Pets are welcome at Indian River Apartments. Confirm every current policy detail with the leasing office before applying or bringing home a new companion.
Policy overview
Start with a conversation
The property’s captured information identifies Indian River Apartments as pet-friendly, but fees, size limits, animal limits, restrictions, approval steps, and accommodation procedures can change.
For the most accurate guidance, tell the leasing team about each animal before applying. Ask for the current written policy and any forms that apply to your situation.
Assistance animals
Assistance animals are not pets. Contact the leasing office for the current reasonable-accommodation process and do not rely on old website copy for legal or documentation requirements.
Confirm the current policy
The leasing office can explain the rules that apply today and answer apartment-specific questions.
