Information you choose to provide
When you submit a website form, the name, email address, phone number, interest, message, source page, and submission time you provide are sent first to Styles Property Management’s private lead workflow for delivery to its leasing Slack channel. If that workflow remains unavailable after limited automatic retries, the same inquiry is sent through Emailit to the property’s designated leasing recipients, with the team’s new-leads Slack email address included as a blind copy. After an inquiry is accepted, Emailit sends an automatic confirmation to the email address provided on the form. The confirmation contains Indian River Apartments contact information and does not copy the leasing recipients or Slack. The website does not sell this information.
Text-message preference
The optional SMS checkbox records whether you agreed to receive text messages from Indian River Apartments about that inquiry. The server records consent as YES only when the checkbox is affirmative, the submitted phone number is valid, and the submitted disclosure version is recognized. Otherwise, the inquiry may still be submitted when valid, but SMS consent is recorded as NO.
The routed consent evidence includes the property identity, YES or NO selection, submitted phone number, disclosure version, server receipt time, source page, form ID and title, and event ID. These operational records may be retained to administer communication preferences, document consent, prevent duplicate processing, honor opt-outs, and resolve delivery or compliance questions. Technical hosting records
The hosting provider maintains routine technical records such as request time, requested page, device information, and network address for reliability, abuse prevention, and security. Short-lived rate-limit records may be created when a form is submitted.
External services
Application, resident portal, mapping, telephone, Aircall, email, Slack, and Emailit services operate outside this website. Those providers apply their own privacy terms and practices.
Cookies and tracking
This build does not include advertising pixels, visitor analytics, third-party fonts, or embedded third-party media. The automatic confirmation email explicitly disables Emailit open and click tracking. The external services you choose to open may use their own cookies or tracking.
