At Indian River Apartments, we warmly welcome cats and dogs and celebrate the easy coastal lifestyle our residents enjoy. We allow up to two pets per apartment, and each pet may weigh up to 35 pounds when fully grown. A non-refundable pet fee is due before move-in, and a monthly pet rent applies for each approved companion. Service and emotional support animals are always permitted in accordance with applicable laws. Breed restrictions exist, and our team is happy to help verify eligibility and answer questions. We also provide guidance on where to walk your pet safely, how to dispose of waste, and how to connect with local pet care resources.
