I have lived here at Indian River Apartments for a year now and I love it. My apartment is spacious, with a screened porch and my own laundry room. Everything is very well maintained and the maintenance staff respond quickly if anything needs attending to. The office/leasing staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful and pleasant. The grounds here are beautiful and always well maintained. I love looking at the Royal Poinciana tree just outside my porch. It is very quiet here. I have never heard my neighbors even once. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I feel very safe here. The complex is centrally located. This is a great place to live.

This apartment complex is very safe and well maintained. The neighbors here are friendly and make you feel secure as well. Everyone watches out for each other and their space. The maintaince crew is quick when a repair is needed and have never given a hard time. People who move in here tend to stay for a very long time, which says all you need to know! Plus, great location off of IRB.

I’ve lived here since 2010 it’s a nice community to live in the staff is friendly and knowledgeable the maintenance men are terrific they Get repairs done quickly. It’s a quiet community and no crime . I absolutely love living in here. The residence are friendly and they have activities for the children and adults.

I moved here almost 4 years ago - and because I have dogs, I walk around the complex all the time. My favorite walks go around the pond at the entrance - so many birds and fish and other wildlife provide interesting nature moments. I love the interior walkways that wander through the complex. I feel safe and comfortable whether I walk in the early morning or late at night. The office staff and maintenance staff are helpful and caring people, and they are quick to resolve any issue I might have in the apartment.
